Rachel Crozier | Founder
Rachel is an interior designer, photographer, and founder of RC Interior Design, based in Texas. Her path to design was shaped by years of entrepreneurship, previously owning and operating a salon and spa, and building a successful luxury retail business centered around iconic brands such as Chanel and Hermès. These ventures cultivated a discerning eye for craftsmanship, quality, and the kind of considered detail that defines truly elevated spaces.
Driven by a deepening passion for design, Rachel went on to earn her certificate from the Interior Designers Institute, a commitment that transformed her natural instinct into a full design practice. What began as designing her own home in 2016 evolved organically through family, friends, and an ever-growing network of clients who trust her to bring warmth, intention, and sophistication to their homes.
Outside of work, Rachel draws inspiration from travel, cooking, music, and photography, passions that inform the depth and individuality she brings to every project.
Diana Faina | Junior Designer
Diana brings a rich foundation of real-world experience as a small business owner, having managed cafés and spas — environments that sharpened her eye for detail, her sense of hospitality, and her understanding of what makes spaces and experiences feel just right.
As our Junior Designer, Diana channels that same thoughtfulness into her creative work, bringing a people-first perspective to every project. Her background in client communication and operations gives her a unique ability to design with both aesthetics and practicality in mind.
Outside of work, Diana is passionate about baking and loves to travel — especially to explore local and cultural cuisines. Her curiosity and creativity shine through in both her professional and personal life.
Catherine Faina | Head of Marketing
Catherine is a seasoned professional with a degree in AB Psychology from De La Salle University, graduating in 2020. She currently serves as our Head of Marketing, where she oversees brand strategy, digital campaigns, and client engagement initiatives. Before transitioning into marketing, Catherine held a leadership role as Head of Human
Resources at IBM, where she developed a strong foundation in team management and organizational development.
Beyond her professional achievements, Catherine is deeply passionate about travel and has visited numerous countries, immersing herself in diverse cultures and experiences. A true adventurer at heart, she enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking, scuba diving, and freediving. When she's not exploring nature, Catherine loves spending time in trendy cafés, always on the lookout for new spots to relax and recharge.
